Wellbeing Evolved: Social Wellness and Experiential Fitness
If you follow my podcast — Living a Life in Full, or my LinkedIn Influencer posts, or subscribe to my monthly newsletter — Tools for Change, you are more than well aware that I like to nerd out on all things tech, startups, medicine, wellness, and fitness, especially when they overlap. From my viewpoint these circles in the Venn Diagram are starting more so to resemble a big dot of inclusive overlap.
Most recently I published Identity and Personal Transformation — Life Lists, Audits and Resumes which continued an “annual tradition” of writing a long-form New Year’s piece on tools, experiments and approaches that I have used or done in the year prior. Back on January 1st 2019, I devoted an episode of my podcast as a one-person-show and reviewed a prior, long-form Influencer post, What You Need to Know to have an Optimized Healthspan: Bio-hacking for Beginners. That article was born from an experience I had concerning someone’s curiosity about my dietary choices and the health and performance results. That episode garnered a lot of interest, and so that started the ball rolling with Epic Ideas for 2020: Revolution over Resolutions, followed by Living a Life in Full: Revolution over Resolutions 2.0.
